Each generation tool shows its credit cost before you start. Costs vary by model, media type, and output settings.

If a generation fails due to a system error, the credits will automatically be refunded to your balance. If a generation is blocked by our safety filters, credits may not be refunded.

Commercial-use rights can depend on the model, your inputs, applicable law, and the current plan terms. Review the Terms of Use and make sure you have permission to use all uploaded material.

You own the rights to the content you create on OLVAI. However, by using the platform, you grant OLVAI a license to host and process the content to provide our services. For Pro users, we offer full commercial usage rights.

We prohibit sexual or adult content, child-safety violations, non-consensual or deceptive imagery, hate, graphic violence, illegal activity, and intellectual-property violations. See our Safety Guidelines for details.

Our AI safety filter scans prompts for keywords that violate our community guidelines. If your prompt is flagged, try rephrasing it to focus on artistic style rather than sensitive subjects or specific people.

Video generation is computationally intensive, so processing time varies by model and demand. You can follow the generation status in the app.

We export photos in JPG/PNG and videos in MP4 (H.264). We recommend a stable Wi-Fi connection for high-resolution video downloads.

By default, we do not use your private uploads to train our public models.
