Safety Guidelines

OLVAI lets users create AI-generated images and videos using text prompts, templates, and uploaded content. We want users to create safely and responsibly. These Safety Guidelines explain what is allowed, what is prohibited, how moderation works, how reports are reviewed, and how users can request deletion of account or cloud content.

You may use OLVAI to create creative, artistic, entertainment, educational, social media, and personal AI-generated images or videos, as long as your prompts, uploads, and outputs are legal, respectful, non-deceptive, and do not harm or exploit others.

You are responsible for the prompts you enter, the images you upload, and the content you generate or share from OLVAI. Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. Do not share generated content in a way that is illegal, misleading, abusive, or harmful.

OLVAI does not allow prompts, uploads, or generated content involving:

• Sexual, pornographic, erotic, or adult content
• Nudity, explicit sexual poses, or fetish content
• Sexual services, sexual roleplay, or sexualized body focus
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized images of real people
• Requests to undress, sexualize, or manipulate a person in a sexual way
• Any sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors

OLVAI has zero tolerance for child exploitation, child abuse, or child sexual abuse material. We do not allow prompts, uploads, or generated content that sexualizes minors or young-looking people, depicts minors in unsafe or exploitative situations, attempts to create abusive child-related content, or uses words, images, or context that suggest a minor in sexual, nude, violent, or harmful content.

OLVAI does not allow content that attacks, threatens, humiliates, dehumanizes, or harasses people or groups. This includes hate speech, slurs, bullying, intimidation, targeted abuse, sexual harassment, threats, or content that encourages discrimination or violence against protected groups.

OLVAI does not allow graphic violence, gore, torture, cruelty, violent threats, or instructions for physical harm. We also do not allow content that promotes weapons misuse, terrorism, extremist violence, dangerous challenges, or other behavior that may cause real-world harm.

OLVAI does not allow content that promotes, encourages, romanticizes, or gives instructions for suicide, self-harm, or eating-disorder behavior. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted crisis support service in your country.

Do not use OLVAI to create scams, fake official documents, fake IDs, fake evidence, phishing content, impersonation content, misleading news, or AI-generated media intended to deceive people about real events, public issues, or real individuals. Do not present AI-generated content as real when doing so could mislead or harm others.

Do not upload or generate content involving another person's face, body, voice, name, or likeness in a misleading, sexual, abusive, humiliating, or non-consensual way. Do not create deepfake-style content that could confuse people about whether a real person said, did, or appeared in something. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any person, image, or likeness you use.

Do not use OLVAI to create misleading or harmful content involving public figures, candidates, elections, government officials, emergencies, wars, disasters, or other public-interest topics. Do not create content intended to manipulate public opinion, suppress voting, spread misinformation, or falsely show a public figure doing or saying something they did not do or say.

Do not use OLVAI to expose, collect, infer, or share private or sensitive information about another person without permission. This includes addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, financial information, medical details, private images, location details, or other personal data.

Do not use OLVAI to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights. Only upload images, videos, logos, characters, artwork, or brand materials that you own or have permission to use. Do not use OLVAI to imitate a living artist, creator, brand, or copyrighted character in a way that violates their rights or misleads others.

Do not use OLVAI to support illegal activity, fraud, cyber abuse, regulated goods or services, gambling, weapons, drugs, or other harmful conduct. Do not use OLVAI outputs as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should not be relied on for high-risk decisions.

Do not try to bypass, disable, trick, or evade OLVAI's safety filters, content protections, moderation systems, usage limits, reporting tools, or account controls. Attempts to bypass safeguards may lead to blocked generations, content removal, account restrictions, or account suspension.

Uploaded images may be reviewed by automated safety systems before generation. OLVAI may reject uploads that appear to contain adult content, minors, unsafe content, violence, hate, harassment, private information, or other restricted material. If an upload is blocked, please use a different image that follows these guidelines.

OLVAI uses automated safety gates to review prompts and uploaded images before generation. Prompts or images may be blocked when they appear to involve sexual content, minors, adult images, deception, abuse, or other unsafe material. Safety systems are not perfect, so users can also report AI-generated content for review.

Your prompt or upload may be blocked if it appears to violate these Safety Guidelines or if our safety systems cannot confidently determine that it is safe. Try changing the prompt or image to focus on safe, respectful, non-sexual, non-deceptive, and non-harmful content.

If you see AI-generated content that appears offensive, unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate, you can report it inside the app:

• Open the generated image or video
• Tap the three-dot menu
• Tap Report
• Select a report reason
• Add optional details, if needed
• Submit the report

Reports are sent to our team for review and may be used to improve our safety filters and moderation systems.

When reporting AI-generated content, you may choose from categories such as:

• Hate or harassment
• Sexual content
• Violence or self-harm
• Child safety concern
• Misinformation or deceptive content
• Other

You may also add optional details to help our team review the issue.

OLVAI may block prompts, reject uploads, remove generated content, limit features, suspend accounts, or take other action when content appears to violate these Safety Guidelines, our Terms, or applicable law. If you believe your content or account was restricted by mistake, contact us and include relevant details so our team can review the issue.

Uploaded and generated content is automatically deleted from our cloud storage after 7 days. Some report records may be retained for safety review, abuse prevention, policy compliance, fraud prevention, security, or legal reasons.

Users can request deletion of their account and associated cloud data from the account settings page. Deleting your account removes your account data and any remaining cloud content associated with your account, except information we are required or permitted to keep for legal, security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention reasons.
